• Lead complex estate planning and trust administration matters from initial strategy through execution

• Mentor and partner with experienced paralegals to ensure exceptional client service and administration
• Play an key role in shaping the firm’s long-term succession plan, with clear potential for equity participation

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Strong command of advanced planning techniques, including SLATs and multi‑generational strategies
• Licensed in Florida, or an experienced attorney planning to sit for the FL bar
