Jobot partners with a boutique Hollywood, FL law firm to hire an experienced estate planning attorney. The firm handles complex trusts, wills, probate and tax planning for high‑net‑worth clients.

You will draft and review estate planning documents, advise on tax strategies, manage probate matters, and collaborate with financial advisors. Requires JD, active Florida Bar, and 5+ years of practice.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trusts, wills, and tax planning.
• Proven track record handling complex estate planning matters.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing, and amending estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents.
• Providing expert legal counsel on estate planning, probate, and tax planning matters.
• Developing tax-efficient strategies to mitigate estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
• Representing clients in probate court proceedings and managing trust administration.
• Conducting thorough research on complex legal issues related to estate planning and tax law.
• Collaborating with financial advisors and accountants to ensure a comprehensive approach to estate and tax planning.
