Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed or eligible for admission in South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota.
• 1-4 years of legal experience; estate planning experience preferred.
• Background in accounting, taxation, finance, or business preferred.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to client service.
• Desire to build a long-term career with partnership goals.
