BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role focuses on drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, with a emphasis on quality client service and no billable-hour requirements.

You will guide clients through estate planning, manage matters from engagement to completion, and collaborate with a legal team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of estate planning and probate experience, a J.D., and active ABA membership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of estate planning and probate law experience.
• J.D. degree required.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Conduct client consultations and guide them through the estate planning process.
• Advise clients on plans for incapacity and asset distribution.
• Manage estate planning matters from initial engagement through completion.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding their matters.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-level legal services.
• Stay current on estate planning laws and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate the community.
• Assist with training or mentoring team members as needed.
