BCG Attorney Search seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Meridian, ID to guide clients through estate planning, draft documents, and support marketing efforts to enhance client relationships and community presence.

The role involves reviewing and updating plans, preparing documents, and coordinating signing meetings, with opportunities to refer clients to affiliated financial advisors. Idaho bar admission required, 1–3 years in estate planning preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Idaho State Bar.
• Idaho State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred.
• Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws.
• Notary Public certification.
• 1–3 years of Estate Planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and gather necessary information for planning recommendations.
• Review and update existing clients' estate plans as needed.
• Prepare estate planning documents and related forms.
• Schedule document signing meetings and coordinate with clients.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to affiliated financial advisors.
• Maintain detailed notes on client interactions and communications.
• Participate in marketing opportunities and collaborate with the operations manager.
• Work both in-person and remotely as required.
