Qualifications

• We’re seeking attorneys with the following credentials:
• Active State Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years in estate planning, business formation, or related law areas.
• Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred).
• Established private practice.
• Reciprocity with neighboring states is a plus.
