Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced estate planning attorney in Cedar Rapids, IA to work in-office with individuals and families, preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and related documents.

You will meet clients daily, develop thoughtful plans, build a personal client base, and grow with the firm toward revenue sharing, with total compensation potential north of $300,000 for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Iowa.
• 2+ years of trusts and estates or estate planning experience.

Location

Note

You must be licensed to practice law in Iowa and have solid trusts and estates or estate planning experience. Real estate and elder law experience are valuable additions but are not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of directly relevant trusts and estates or estate planning experience
• Experience with wills, trusts, probate, trust administration, estate planning, or closely related matters
• Strong client communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable meeting prospective clients in person and taking ownership of client matters
• Real estate and/or elder law experience is preferred but not required
