Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills with clients.
• Genuine interest in estate planning and probate; previous experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives; review with clients.
• Advise on estate planning strategies to meet client goals and gifts to loved ones or charities.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and other professionals to implement plans.
• Maintain organized client files from design through signing and follow-up.
