Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organization, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and deeds.
  • Open estate files, inventory assets, track court deadlines, and prepare formal accountings.
  • Assist clients with transferring real estate, bank accounts, and investments into trusts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
  • Research property deeds and prepare transfer documentation for estate planning purposes.
  • Organize physical and digital documents using the firm's practice management software.
