Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 2+ years of estate planning and probate experience.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Ability to manage matters end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection.
• Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and directives.
• Manage probate and estate administration from intake to resolution.
• Prepare filings, correspondence, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with clients and advisors to support ongoing practice growth.
• Maintain accurate matter files and develop client relationships.
