The Law Office of Lena A. Clark in downtown Frederick, Maryland is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney who excels at building trust with clients and explaining sophisticated estate planning strategies.

You will meet with prospective clients, discuss fees, address concerns, and guide clients to choose our services when appropriate. This newly created position adds to our established Estate Planning Department, which includes two attorneys and two paralegals.

The Law Office of Lena A. Clark is looking for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney who is exceptional with people to join our Estate Planning and Probate law firm in downtown Frederick, Maryland.

We are looking for a confident, persuasive attorney who enjoys meeting with prospective clients, quickly builds trust, asks the right questions, and can help people move past uncertainty and make decisions about protecting their families. You should be comfortable discussing fees, addressing concerns and objections, explaining the value of sophisticated Estate Planning, and asking a prospective client to move forward when our services are the right solution for them.

This is a newly created position that will supplement our established Estate Planning Department with two attorneys and two paralegals. You will be joining an existing team and systems, not building a practice from scratch. You will not be expected to bring a book of business. The firm provides prospective clients and the professional and administrative support necessary to serve them.
