Titus Talent Strategies is partnering with a well-established Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in Washington State to find a Senior Attorney for their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to mentor, shape firm strategy, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

The Senior Attorney will lead sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth clients, advise on trust administration, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, and wealth preservation, and foster strong client

Qualifications

• 7+ years practicing law.
• 5+ years focused on estate planning and trust administration.
• Licensed in Washington State.
• Strong drafting and client relationship skills.
• Experience with complex estate structures and taxable estates (preferred).
• Added experience in probate litigation, TEDRA matters, elder law, business law, or real estate law is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.
