Job summary

Augulis Law Firm LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with a passion for estate planning, estate administration, and elder law who is entrepreneurial-minded and eager to help grow our client base and impact in the community.

You will draft and implement comprehensive estate plans, handle probate and trust administration, advise families on Medicaid planning and asset protection, and build trusted relationships with clients and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing (or pending admission).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on owning your work and growing into leadership.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and develop client-facing business opportunities.
• Organized, proactive and results-driven professional.

Responsibilities
