We are a highly accomplished full-service law firm. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters in trust & estates, contested wills, and probate matters across Philadelphia.

As a Trust and Estates Attorney, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a broad range of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate, conservatorship, and complex administration.
• Advising clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation and transfer.
• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Providing guidance and advice on complex planning strategies to mitigate tax liability.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in trust and estate law.

Experience and Skills:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with a primary focus on trust & estate law
• Proven experience in estate planning, probate, conservatorship, complex planning, mitigating tax liability, and complex administration. Prior experience handling estates that range from $1M to $100M
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Need:

Licensed to practise in Pennselvania. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
