Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level Estate Planning Attorney to join a boutique Maryland‑based law firm in North Bethesda. You will provide comprehensive legal advice on wills, probate, gifting, and tax planning, and draft, review and amend estate planning documents.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active MD Bar (VA/DC a plus), at least 5 years in estate planning, strong research and client‑facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the MD State Bar; VA and DC a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, gifting, and tax planning laws.
• Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases in a fast-paced environment.
