• Extensive client contact focused on customized estate planning, document review and addressing the specific needs of ultra-high net worth Family Office clients (50 MM to 1 B+ level)
• Dive deep into complex estate planning issues, ensuring high-quality execution
• Contribute to firmwide training sessions and internal presentations, regarding estate planning strategies and ongoing projects
• Work extensively with wealth management team
• No new business requirements
• Current or prior law firm experience required is a must; will consider candidates who transitioned from a firm to an in-house planning position
• 8+ years of experience which includes a strong background in drafting, UHNW estate plans, IDITs, BDITs, SLATs, grantor trusts, and estate tax issues
