Established, growing St. Louis RIA seeks an Estate Planning Attorney to engage directly with UHNW clients across the country, providing expert advice and support in their estate planning needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Extensive client contact focused on customized estate planning, document review, and addressing the specific needs of ultra-high net worth Family Office clients (50 MM to 1 B+ level).
2. Diving deep into complex estate planning issues, ensuring high-quality execution.
3. Contributing to firmwide training sessions and internal presentations regarding estate planning strategies and ongoing projects.
4. Working extensively with the wealth management team.
5. No new business development required.

Requirements:

• Current or prior law firm experience is required; candidates who transitioned from a firm to an in-house planning position will be considered.
• 8+ years of experience, including a strong background in drafting UHNW estate plans, IDITs, BDITs, SLATs, grantor trusts, and estate tax issues.

Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and lucrative new business incentives. This role offers excellent long-term growth potential, both career-wise and financially, with partnership potential. Relocation assistance is available.
