Our client, a highly respected law firm in Hartford, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join their sophisticated estate planning and administration practice. This is a hybrid role offering meaningful work with high-net-worth clients, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement estate planning strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families
• Draft complex estate planning documents including wills, trusts, POAs, and healthcare directives
• Manage all aspects of probate and estate administration
• Provide comprehensive estate and tax planning guidance
• Prepare and review estate and trust income tax returns

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Strong experience working with high-net-worth clients
• Solid foundation in estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
• Experience handling probate and estate administration
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Admission to the Connecticut Bar
