You will draft and implement comprehensive plans, advise on Medicaid planning, and manage probate matters while building client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney (or pending admission) who is client-focused, proactive, and interested in leadership and long-term growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney (or pending admission) to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement estate plans (wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives).
• Handle probate and trust administration.
• Advise clients on Medicaid and long-term care planning.
• Build client and referral relationships.
• Help grow the practice through initiative and leadership.
