You will work directly with clients on estate and financial planning decisions, lead workshops, meet for consultations, and design plans that align with client goals. Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Apple software.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and speaking events to educate potential clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans to align with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments, ensuring understanding.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for ongoing guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
