You will draft wills and trust agreements, assist with administration, prepare memos and flowcharts, and perform legal research. Admittance to the New York bar and a JD from an accredited law school are required, with experience

Qualifications

• Admitted and in good standing with the New York bar.
• Experience in Trust and Estate work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents such as wills and trust agreements.
• Assist with estate and trust administration, including court proceedings and accountings.
• Prepare summary memos and estate planning flowcharts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft client communications.
