BCG Attorney Search in El Paso, TX seeks an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to lead high-impact matters, provide expert counsel, and represent clients in Texas probate courts.

You will manage complex probate litigation, guardianships, and trust disputes, draft wills and trusts, and maintain a busy docket with precise, client-focused advocacy.

The role requires a Texas bar license and 2+ years in estate planning/probate; hybrid work options available with strong support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years in estate planning, probate, and guardianship; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong courtroom presence and docket management.
• Experience drafting trusts, wills, pleadings; attention to detail.

Duties

Requirements

• Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar software.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
