This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience who has hands-on exposure to both estate planning and estate/trust administration and is looking to continue developing a well-rounded practice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in trusts and estates.
• Experience with both estate planning AND estate/trust administration is required.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and client communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with the broader team.
• Experience with probate and guardianship matters is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives.
• Manage estate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
• Work directly with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and other parties throughout the administration process.
• Assist with probate-related matters and filings.
• Attend and assist with guardianship hearings.
• Guide clients regarding estate planning and administration matters.
