Job summary

Pierce Law Group in South Carolina is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to establish and grow our SC practice. You will lead the estate practice, work directly with clients, draft estate plans and probate filings, and shape processes as the practice expands around you.

The role offers a flexible, supportive environment with opportunities to grow the firm’s presence in the Carolinas. Licensure in SC and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• South Carolina bar admission (required).
• 4+ years of estate planning and probate experience (required).
• A genuine passion for estate planning and probate work.
• Comfortable managing client expectations independently.
