Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and handyman duties across the property.
• Maintain buildings, fixtures, fittings, equipment, and outdoor areas.
• Undertake basic plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry, and other general repair work.
• Maintain gardens, grounds, pathways, and external areas as required.
• Identify maintenance issues and resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and specialist tradespeople.
• Arrange routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Keep tools, equipment, storage areas, and maintenance supplies organised.
• Monitor the overall condition, cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the estate.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritise tasks appropriately.
