Qualifications

• Experience in high-end private home care, landscaping, and grounds management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and mornings/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and schedule work duties independently or with the team.
• Maintain landscaping and garden areas: planting, trimming, mowing, fertilizing.
• Identify and troubleshoot irrigation or pipe issues.
• Keep outdoor spaces, furniture, lighting, and equipment clean.
• Power wash sidewalks, gutters, walls, patios, decks, and more.
• Assist with inventory management and tool organization.
• Oversee work of external contractors and vendors.
• Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry when qualified.
• Acquire supplies from local hardware or landscaping stores.
• Handle packages and trash, and assist with sanitation duties.
• Support pest control efforts including bait stations.
• Communicate plans and solutions clearly with Property Manager.
