Job summary

KNJ LLC seeks an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and condition of a private residence and its grounds in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform landscaping, irrigation monitoring, outdoor cleaning, minor repairs, inventory organization, and support daily property operations.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday 5:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of groundskeeping experience.
• Proficiency with power equipment used in grounds maintenance.
• Proficiency with hand tools required for grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established task lists and develop property maintenance and improvement lists.
• Maintain landscape and garden areas including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and related activities.
• Identify and resolve plumbing and irrigation leak issues.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, including furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Power wash sidewalks, gutters, walls, patios and decks as needed.
• Assist with inventory management of tool sheds and garages and supervise vendors as needed.
• Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and painting as qualified.
• Retrieve supplies from local hardware and landscaping vendors.
