Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on grounds, farm, and transportation equipment, prioritizing during peak season.
• Procure parts, tools, and shop supplies to keep equipment operational.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for parts and services.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs for timely repairs.
• Obtain quotes, evaluate options, and purchase new equipment as needed.
• Coordinate replacement and sale of equipment being retired or replaced.
• Communicate equipment issues to staff to avoid guest service disruption.
• Assist with farm/grounds tasks including winter plowing and snow removal.
• Keep equipment shop clean, neat, and organized.
• Perform other duties to support safe operations.
• Weekend/holiday hours may be necessary.
