Job summary

Caring Transitions of Mocksville and Statesville is hiring awesome Part-Time Team Members to help clients downsize, relocate and liquidate through online and in-person estate sales. You will deliver excellent customer service and adapt to daily tasks as you support clients in Iredell and Davie counties.

This is flexible, part-time work with no guaranteed hours, perfect for parents, retirees, or anyone with a busy schedule.

Qualifications

Compassion and respect for clients and their families.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
Willingness to work in cluttered or dirty environments; gloves provided.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Punctual and detail-oriented.
Must have transportation and a valid driver's license.
Age 18 years or older; pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

Work on a team to downsize, relocate clients, and liquidate unneeded items.
Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their homes and in senior living communities.
Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal, and cleanout.
Use hand-held devices to photograph and describe items.
Assist buyers during on-site pickup and sales.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
