Job summary

Moneta seeks a Manager of Client Transitions – Estates & Terminations to lead the custodial paperwork process within Operational Services. You will manage the workload of Client Transitions Specialists and partner with trust operations to ensure a high-quality client experience.

You will drive efficiency, monitor metrics, and coordinate with Estate Planning, Compliance, and custodians to implement best practices and provide growth opportunities for your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Salesforce CRM and DocuSign experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workload of Client Transitions Specialists and balance assignments.
• Monitor performance metrics for onboarding, volume, and custodial issues.
• Resolve custodial paperwork issues and liaise with custodians.
• Communicate regulatory changes and update internal resources.
• Coordinate with custodians and relationship managers for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with analysts to improve systems and test releases.
• Align with Estate Planning and Compliance teams on best practices.
• Provide guidance and development for direct reports.
