Job summary

Moneta Group is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Missouri to support complex estate and account termination workflows. You will interact with client teams, custodians, and internal operations to ensure requests are documented and advanced to completion.

The role suits an early-career professional or seasoned service professional who communicates confidently, manages multiple details, and helps move requests forward with professionalism and sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • One or more years of professional experience is helpful.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce or DocuSign is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage estate and account termination requests from intake through completion.
  • Review estate planning and account documentation for completeness, identify missing information, and coordinate follow-up with internal teams and custodians.
  • Participate in Teams calls with client teams to discuss workflow status, clarify requirements, and help move requests forward.
  • Navigate questions with professionalism and sound judgment, researching answers and engaging the appropriate partners when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, next steps, and status updates across Salesforce, financial reporting systems, custodian platforms, DocuSign, and project management tools.
  • Balance multiple projects and shifting priorities while providing timely, proactive communication to stakeholders.
  • Help document, build, and improve workflows with an emphasis on consistency, efficiency, and strong internal service experience.
  • Partner with other onboarding and support specialists on shared responsibilities and team priorities.
  • Explore practical ways to use AI-enabled tools to support research, documentation, and process efficiency.

Job description

The Client Support Specialist supports complex estate and account termination workflows while partnering closely with Moneta client teams, custodians, and internal operations groups. This role is well suited for an early-career professional or experienced service professional who communicates with confidence, enjoys project-based work, and can keep multiple details moving over an extended timeline. You will have frequent interaction with internal client teams and play an important role in helping them navigate requests, documentation, and next steps.

What You Will Do

Experience That Can Translate Well

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may be a recent college graduate who demonstrates maturity and business judgment, or you may bring transferable experience from a fast-paced service environment. Relevant backgrounds may include:

  • Business, finance, pre-law, marketing, human resources, or another related field.
  • A law firm, trust, probate, wealth management, banking, or broader financial services environment.
  • Hospitality, customer service, retail, or sales roles that required professional communication, problem-solving, and managing many details at once.
  • Work that involved creating procedures, coordinating projects, or improving processes.
