Carrollwood Farms is seeking an Estate Caretaker to maintain the private estate, including homes, pools, walkways, and outbuildings. You will perform pool/spa care, outdoor living space maintenance, and general property upkeep with attention to safety and quality.

The role requires physical stamina, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 70 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pool and spa maintenance: balance chemicals and keep area clean.
• Maintain outdoor living spaces: furniture, grills, pavilions, covers.
• Property upkeep: care for outdoor cooking areas, wash and fuel vehicles, assist deliveries.
• Groundskeeping: maintain decks, walkways, and water features; ensure lighting works.
• Vendor oversight: supervise contractors as needed.
