Qualifications

• Arizona Bar license is required.
• LLM is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in Estate/Trust, Corporate/Transactional and Tax law is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients and provide sophisticated legal solutions.
• Prepare and review wills, trusts, entity formation documents, and various business/transactional documents.
• Independently manage legal projects and serve as primary client contact.
• Collaborate with support staff and a senior AV Preeminent attorney on estate planning matters.
• Uphold the firm's standards of high-quality legal services for high-net-worth clients.
