DeAngelis Legal in Scottsdale, Arizona seeks an attorney with estate planning, business or tax law experience to join our boutique firm. You will work closely with an AV Preeminent-rated attorney, manage client projects, and provide sophisticated legal solutions to high-net-worth clients.

Minimum 3+ years of experience and Arizona Bar license required; remote work is possible after an initial in-office learning period. Health insurance and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Arizona Bar license is required.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business or tax law.
• Experience in Estate/Trust, Corporate/Transactional and Tax law is beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and provide sophisticated legal solutions.
• Prepare wills, trusts, entity formation documents and transactional documents.
• Independently manage legal projects and be client-facing.
• Collaborate with support staff and senior estate planning attorney.
• Uphold high-quality service for high-net-worth clients.
