Job summary

DeAngelis Legal in Scottsdale, Arizona seeks an attorney with estate planning, business or tax law experience to join our boutique firm. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in growing the firm, working with clients, managing projects and other legal tasks.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with an experienced AV Preeminent rated attorney. Arizona Bar license is required; an LLM is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business or tax law.
• Arizona Bar license required; LLM beneficial but not required.
• Experience in estate/trust, corporate/transactional and tax law is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and provide sophisticated legal solutions in estates and trust, business and M&A.
• Prepare documents: wills, trusts, entity formation and various business/transactional papers.
• Independently manage legal projects and serve as primary client contact.
