Estate & Administrative Trust (ONESOURCE), Tax Senior Associate - Remote

Join KPMG US as a Tax Senior Associate, Estate and Administrative Trust. Be part of a dynamic team at a leading tax firm, working with innovative technologies and a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates, including Form 1041, Form 706, Form 706-GS(T), Form 8971, and related filings.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee tax return preparation by associates.
• Utilize Thomson Reuters OneSource Trust Tax platform and other advanced tools for service delivery.
• Proactively communicate with management on potential issues and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
• Respond to inquiries from IRS and other authorities.
• Stay updated on tax developments and maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of recent experience with income tax returns for trusts and estates.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, taxation, or related fields; accounting and taxation preferred.
• Must be pursuing or have completed state-specific CPA or EA licensing requirements.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Trust Tax platform and knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code related to trusts and estates.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
