Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review, and analyze fiduciary income tax returns for administrative trusts and estates, including Form 1041, Form 706, Form 706-GS(T), Form 8971, and Form 1040 for decedents.
2. Manage a book of business and supervise tax return preparation by Associate tax preparers.
3. Utilize Thomson Reuters OneSource Trust Tax platform and other technologies for client service delivery.
4. Proactively communicate with management about potential issues and contribute to resolving them; enhance the team's tax technical knowledge.
5. Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other authorities.
6. Stay updated on tax developments and data maintenance for all accounts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent public accounting experience working with income tax returns for trusts and estates.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as accounting, finance, taxation, etc.; accounting and taxation preferred.
• Must have or be pursuing state-specific CPA or EA licensing requirements.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Trust Tax platform and knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code related to trusts and estates.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills; ability to manage workload independently.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
