Job summary

Education Service Center Region 12 seeks an Education Specialist - ESSA to serve as a high-level instructional leader and consultant, delivering technical assistance in program implementation and statutory compliance for Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; and Title IV, Part A across the region.

The role requires advanced knowledge of ESSA, EDGAR, and the Uniform Grant Guidance, plus strong data analysis, training development, and collaboration with LEAs to ensure fiscal integrity and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience in education.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative learning, consultation, planning, coaching, and capacity-building activities.
• Assist LEAs in the implementation of ESSA grant programs.
• Design, develop, and deliver professional development and training.
• Provide technical assistance and support to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to provide actionable feedback and resources.

Education
