Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking an ESS Design Engineer with active DoD Secret clearance for a hybrid role based in Charleston, SC. You will design, install, test, and implement Electronic Security Systems to support U.S.

government missions, with opportunities to travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role requires strong knowledge of security hardware, CCTV, access control, and related systems, plus the ability to read ICDs and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 8 years hands-on security experience
• Experience with ACS/IDS/CCTV systems and associated hardware
• Ability to read ICD drawings and electrical schematics
• Active DoD Secret clearance required

Responsabilités

• Design, install, test ESS to meet customer and gov't standards
• Support design reviews and documentation
• Perform Pre-Installation, Testing and Check Out (PITCO)
• Utilize manufacturer literature and gov't guides for solution development
• Lead installations in varied environments and travel as needed
