Job summary

Academy of Art University is seeking a Federal Work Study Esports Video Editor (Videographer/Photographer) to capture and produce the visual narrative of the ArtU Esports program. This on-site role supports a student’s educational goals with hands-on experience in live production and post‑production editing.

The position involves working in a studio and arena, with duties spanning camera operation, lighting, editing, and archival management.

Qualifications

• Experience with video production workflows and on-site shooting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with esports events and live production is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Video coverage of onsite tournaments, practices, and events.
• Set up and operate studio lighting, cameras, stabilizers, and audio gear.
• Edit video content for post‑production and highlight reels.
• Assist with audio mixing, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
• Archive and back up RAW footage and photos for long‑term access.
