Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of the esports team and program operations.
• Organizes and conducts practices, training, and competitions.
• Recruits student-athletes through scouting and events.
• Represents the esports program to internal and external partners.
• Oversees audio/visual equipment usage and setup.
• Maintains current knowledge of esports tech and systems.
