Lymphatic Organic is seeking a dedicated Treatment Specialist in California to provide specialized lymphatic treatments and exceptional client service. The role emphasizes safety, room readiness, and rapport-building with clients in a dynamic wellness environment.

Qualified candidates hold a CA RN license, Massage Therapy license, or Body Contouring Certification, with 2–3 years’ experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license in California, a Massage Therapy License, or a Body Contouring Certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the field.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication; ability to plan and organize independently; initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under time pressure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Confident presentation and professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare prep and treatment rooms; ensure sanitation, fresh linens, towels, and stocked supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
• Review client intake forms for special considerations before treatment.
• Explain procedures, communicate next steps, and review goals with clients.
• Build rapport with clients and collect feedback during treatment.
• Perform prep work and treatments per Lymphatic Organic Training Manual.
• Capture before and after photos; share with clients for progress tracking.
• Process payments for treatments if necessary.
• Schedule follow-up appointments or next treatments.
