Job summary

Lymphatic Organic LLC is expanding and seeks a passionate Treatment Specialist to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role focuses on delivering our Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments and providing exceptional client care, while training with our founder Raena O’Neil.

Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license or Massage Therapy license or Body Contouring Certification, with 2–3 years of experience, and a strong ability to communicate, organize, and build client rapport.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California, or massage therapy license, or body contouring certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the field.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prep room and treatment room with sanitization, fresh linens and towels, and stocked supplies.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in working condition.
• Review client intake forms for special considerations before treatment.
• Explain procedures, next steps, goals, and expectations to clients.
• Build customer rapport and gather feedback during treatment.
• Complete prep work and treatment as per Training Manual.
• Take before/after photos for client tracking.
• Process payments if necessary and schedule follow-ups.
