Job summary

Levare in Midland, TX is seeking an Application Engineer to prepare ESP systems design, sizing and selection, and provide technical support to sales, business development and service teams.

You will assist in monitoring and optimizing wells, learn ESP equipment, review designs, deliver trainings, and travel locally for customer meetings. Bachelor’s in engineering and 1–3 years' experience required.

Qualifications

  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office and databases.
  • Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Work well with stringent deadlines and possess organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the well servicing or oil and gas environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • 1–3 years of application engineering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ESP systems design, sizing and selection.
  • Provide technical support for sales, business development and customer service teams.
  • Support FS and Sales teams in monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting of wells.
  • Learn ESP equipment and best application engineering practices.
  • Review designs and applications with engineers, sales, CSR and clients.
  • Deliver technical presentations and trainings for sales representatives and customers.
  • Process quotes and orders with CSRs and other teams.
  • Participate in development of US oilfield database and new workflows.
  • Promote safety procedures and report safety issues.
  • Travel as required for team meetings and customer visits.
