Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an ESP application engineer to support regional ESP systems design, sizing, selection, and field optimization. You will provide technical support to sales, CSRs, and customers, ensuring quality service and strong collaboration across teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in application engineering, an engineering degree, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to client sites and training sessions is expected as needed.

Qualifications

  • Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of application engineering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ESP systems design, sizing and selection.
  • Provide technical support to sales, business development and customer service teams.
  • Support monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting of wells in operation.
  • Learn ESP equipment and best application engineering practices.
  • Present trainings to Sales representatives and customers in the region.
  • Collaborate with CSRs to process orders and deliver service quality.
  • Assist in quotes and order processing with Engineering, Sales and Clients.
  • Contribute to development of US oilfield database and new workflows.
  • Promote safety procedures and report safety issues.
