Job summary

Albemarle Corporation is hiring a Brinefield Reliability Engineer in Magnolia, AR, onsite. You will manage ESP systems, perform failure analyses, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Oil & Gas regulations.

The role requires a mechanical or petroleum engineering degree and 8+ years of related experience, with strong communication and project-management skills. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in manufacturing/production facilities (Chemical or Oil/Gas desirable).
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and Oil & Gas regulations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and root cause failure analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ESP systems including replacement, failure analysis, and improvements.
• Provide technical support for mechanical failures and process upsets.
• Monitor production facility performance and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with TR, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations; support capital projects and cost estimates.
