Job summary

Albemarle’s Magnolia site is seeking a Brinefield Reliability Engineer to own ESP reliability, on-site at Magnolia, AR. You will manage field ESP systems, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves diagnosing mechanical failures, performing RCFA, and collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations to optimize production and project execution.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or applicable discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/production facility (Chemical or Oil/Gas industry desirable).
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and Oil & Gas regulations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and root cause failure analysis.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
• Must be self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Actively support safety, environmental, and quality programs.
• Manage ESP systems including replacement, failure analysis, and improvement.
• Provide technical support for mechanical failures and process upsets.
• Monitor production facilities and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with TR, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Interface with capital projects team for cost estimates and execution.
