Job summary

Levare in Texas is seeking a senior Reliability Engineer to ensure our ESP equipment and related services meet the highest reliability and customer expectations. You will provide technical support to service centers, sales and field service, and lead the product failure analysis program to drive improvements.

The role involves conducting DIFA, reviewing drawings and BOMs, analyzing field data, proposing corrective actions, and coordinating with Engineering for ECN activity while adhering to ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of Reliability Engineering or Quality Assurance/Control experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and experience with engineering databases.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote achievement of Quality goals and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Conduct DIFA of ESP equipment to determine root cause and assist in corrective actions.
• Prepare professional reports of DIFA findings.
• Acquire and interpret data from remote surveillance and historical files to improve reliability.
• Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and support ECN processes.
