Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Oklahoma is seeking a field ESP installer technician responsible for installing and pulling Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and related equipment, performing routine checks, and assisting with troubleshooting to maximize well productivity. You will train new hires, maintain field equipment and vehicles, and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Requires a High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
  • Basic hand tool proficiency.
  • Basic computer skills to operate test equipment.
  • 3-4 years’ artificial lift experience preferred.
  • A commercial driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment.
  • Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
  • Prepare paperwork including IFTA reports, billable/non-billable hours, and mileage.
  • Train and coach new hires in basic principles.
  • Maintain mechanical performance of truck used in transportation to and from the field; mentor lower level technicians at the well site.
