Job summary

T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate commercial and industrial construction projects.

You will strengthen existing client relationships and develop long-term partnerships with clients and subcontractors, guiding projects to successful on-time and within-budget delivery. As an Employee-Owned company (ESOP), you’ll share in the company’s success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing mid-to-large projects typically $30M+ in value.
• Experience in Power & Energy, Aerospace, or Defense sectors is a plus but not required.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making/problem-solving skills.
• Superior interpersonal and client-focused communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine project goals, schedules, and budgets with client input.
• Assist design team during design phase on negotiated design-build projects to maintain budget and requirements.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and deliver required documentation.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria aligned with client needs.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost control; track performance against critical path.
